While I was processing the news, I was looking through my friends list on Facebook to find some outliers who might not be on the grapevine. As I scrolled through my list, I was amazed that EVERYONE knows Rick. He is an icon. 

I’m guessing everyone has a story to share. I think we’d all love to hear them, so I put together this page. I’ve purposely left names out of the stories (for the most part) so you can bring your own memories to them. These photos are pre-Facebook - sorry for the quality - I took pictures of pictures. 

I also want to point out that these are before Rick and Lu were married. She has the privilege of carrying the torch and the stories so I purposely left anything from that era out.
